Acceptable Use Policy
This Stilessa Acceptable Use Policy (the “Use Policy”) sets out the rules applied to the use of the Website and Services as indicated in the Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”).

1.1 This Use Policy shall be applicable and interpreted in line with the Agreement. The definitions set out in the Agreement shall be applicable to this Use Policy. The latest version of the Agreement shall be available on the Website’s Terms of Service page.
1.2 The Company shall have the right to unilaterally modify and / or update this Use Policy at any time without notice. Continuous use of the Services / System by the Client shall be deemed acceptance of the Use Policy in its latest, most updated version. Any Client shall periodically check and assess this Use Policy.
1.3 The latest version of this Use Policy shall be available on the Website’s Acceptable Use Policy page.
1.4 By agreeing to the Agreement as per the rules set forth therein, You are automatically agreeing to this Use Policy.
1.5 If You disagree to be bound by this Use Policy in any scope or way, You must not use, or must immediately cease Your use of, the Services, System or any part of it, as well as its features and functionalities.
2. General principles
2.1 The Client agrees to follow the rules set out in this Use Policy and comply with the following general requirements:
2.1.1 You agree to use the Services / System in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Agreement.
2.1.2 You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an Account, placing an order, and otherwise using the Services / System.
2.1.3 You agree to use the Services / System in a manner that respects the rights and privacy of others. Harassment, abuse, or harm towards other users, Company staff, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
2.1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services / System, or be of the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction, and You agree not to provide access to the Services / System, including making purchases, to any person below that age without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
2.1.5 You agree not to use the Website, its order, review, or contact features for any purpose other than legitimate personal shopping, customer service, and related interactions with the Company.
3. Prohibited activities and content
3.1 Below is a non-exhaustive list of the types of prohibited activities and content on or through the Services and System, including (but not limited to) the Company’s social media accounts, email or other communication with the Company, its affiliates, other clients of the Company, and / or any other community linked to the Services or System.
3.2 Prohibited activities and content are defined as any act or content that offends against, is objectionable to, or is contrary to the public interest, public morality, public order, public and national security, or is otherwise prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, procedure, order or requirement.
3.3 While using the System and Services, You agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to use the System and Services for or to (the “Prohibited Activities”):
3.3.1 Distribute cracks, viruses, adware, worms, trojan horses, malware, spyware, or any other similar malicious software, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, hijack, limit, destroy, or negatively affect the functionality of any computer software, hardware, network or telecommunications equipment.
3.3.2 Cause any network resource to become unavailable to its intended users, including, without limitation, via “denial-of-service (DoS)” or “distributed denial-of-service (DDoS)” attacks.
3.3.3 Cause any damage or service disruption to any third-party computers or services.
3.3.4 Engage in or encourage any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, forgery, bribery, blackmail, threats, money laundering, or any other crime punishable by law.
3.3.5 Engage in payment fraud, including but not limited to using stolen or unauthorized payment cards or accounts to place orders, chargeback abuse, or knowingly providing false billing or shipping information to circumvent the Company’s order or fraud-prevention processes.
3.3.6 Illegally compile, publish, or allow others to have access to others’ bank statements, accounts, data, credit or electronic card numbers, or any electronic payment method, or to names, passwords, or access codes to accounts, websites, or information technology means such as email.
3.3.7 Impersonate or claim the status of others for fraudulent purposes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity, including impersonating the Company, its employees, or affiliates.
3.3.8 Distribute unlawful or illicit content through any communication channel with the Company (including reviews, comments, contact forms, or social media), such as pornography or content sexualizing minors, hate speech, content that promotes violence, discrimination, or extremism, or content that constitutes threats, harassment, or defamation.
3.3.9 Engage in or encourage discrimination, racism, or contempt of religion in any communication with the Company or its community.
3.3.10 Violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, including by submitting counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized content, images, or product claims.
3.3.11 Commit, engage in, or encourage any type of fraud, including but not limited to click fraud, generating fake traffic, or manipulating analytics or advertising metrics related to the Website.
3.3.12 Create dishonest engagement, such as operating fake accounts, posting fake product reviews, generating fake likes, shares, or comments, or otherwise manipulating the Company’s online presence or reputation.
3.3.13 Conduct any invasion of privacy, including unauthorized collection, scraping, or disclosure of other Clients’ or the Company’s personal or confidential data.
3.3.14 Operate or assist a service or entity that competes with the Company’s Services using data, content, or access obtained through the Website in an unauthorized manner.
3.3.15 Resell or otherwise commercially exploit any Products purchased from the Company, or any of the Company’s intellectual property, without the Company’s prior written consent.
3.3.16 Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Website without the Company’s prior written permission, other than standard search engine indexing.
3.4 The list set out in Clause 3.3 of this Use Policy is non-exhaustive.
3.5 The Company encourages You to always act in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You, as a Client, acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the way You choose to use the System / Services and You solely bear any resulting liability.
4. Liability
4.1 Clients are expected to exercise reasonable personal judgment when deciding which information or action is considered prohibited under this Use Policy.
4.2 In addition to the liability clauses set forth in the Agreement, the Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of the Client’s failure to comply with the Client’s obligations under any applicable laws, rules or regulations, the Agreement, or this Use Policy, as well as for any breach or violation of the rules of this Use Policy.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to take any legal action it deems necessary to address violations of this Use Policy, including suspending or terminating the Client’s Account and / or access to the Services, as further described in the Agreement.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 The English language version of this Use Policy is the prevailing version relative to any other possible translated version.
5.2 Any updates to this Use Policy come into force at the moment they are published on the Website. By continuing to use the Services, You agree to be bound by any updated version of this Use Policy.
5.3 You are encouraged to contact us by the means indicated in the Agreement if You have any question regarding this Use Policy, or if You have noticed or suspect a breach was conducted by any other person. Contacting us via the “Contact” section on the Website is considered the primary means of communication. You can also contact us by emailing info@stilessa.com.
5.4 The Company will endeavor to reply to Your inquiries within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
